Ashmolean to restore Taharqa shrine’s colours with light
The Ashmolean announced a projection installation recreating the original colours of King Taharqa’s ancient shrine. Opening on 13 November, the display draws on pigment research and marks 90 years since the monument arrived at the Oxford museum.
